The Asus K50IJ-RX05 is an entry-level laptop that is priced at about $420. At that low price, there are some who might think that this laptop would not be up to the standards expected of entry-level units. In this review, we will examine if those apprehensions have any merit.

Pros:
The Asus K50IJ-RX05 has a slim design with a bronze black finish that is at par with other laptops that are created for the business people. At 14.6 inches x 10.1 inches x 1.4 inches, the laptop is slimmer than most laptops in the 15.6-inch category. It weighs 5.7 pounds and boasts a stylish keyboard. They keys are of sufficient size and its layout is integrated well with the chassis.
The display has a 16:9 ratio, adding to the cinematic experience. The Asus K50IJ-RX05 has a six-cell battery that powers the laptop for almost four hours. The laptop has an older Intel processor but this doesn't take away much from the performance.

Cons:
The Asus K50IJ-RX05 can't be upgraded. The specs that you got as you bought the laptop are the ones that you'd have to work with.
