China Corporate EPP/Refurbished Business Account Manager Apple - Shanghai -China

This is an excellent opportunity for you to establish and grow the Corporate Employee Purchase Program (EPP) with China’s major Business Customers. The key portion of the role is to establish the Corp EPP program in China’s largest Business Customers working with personnel from HR administration, Marketing and potentially IT systems. Once the program is established within an Account, ongoing Account Management is required to insure the program is appropriately positioned and marketed to the Company’s employees. The position also has an online Sales component which is to interface with Apple’s Supply/Demand Management, AppleCare and Online Store personnel to sell Apple Refurbished products via the China Apple Online Store.

  • • Excellent communication skills, including exceptional written and verbal skills. Must be fluent in Chinese and have at least intermediate English level aptitude.

  • • Good business acumen with a working knowledge of Apple’s product lines with the drive and aptitude to learn more.

• The Account Manager will have responsibility for developing, signing, rolling out and maintaining the Corporate EPP program to China’s major Business Customers.
• Evaluation and prioritization of the business potential when bringing on-board new Customers in China.
• Evaluation and determination of potential Third Party Provider opportunities to promote the program.
• Develop a strong working understanding of Apple products and Value propositions to where they can be dynamically communicated to a Company’s Leadership and Employees.
• Work with the WW Corporate EPP team members to leverage best practices and collaborate on program implementation for the Region.
• Monitoring of Account Sales results and development of action plans to address where goals are not being met.
• Establish relationships with Apple Enterprise Account Executives in China and forward Enterprise Sales opportunities if/when discovered.
• Work with regional Legal team if/when there are Customer requests or questions around Program agreement(s).
• Work with the Regional Apple Supply/Demand Management, AppleCare and Online Store teams to list and merchandise Apple Refurbished products via the China Apple Online Store.
• Work with Regional teams on the prioritization of products to be refurbished based on run-rate data and to insure product supply is as linear as possible to facilitate immediate online Sale opportunities to maximize margin.
• Weekly Senior Management Sales reporting and analysis.
• The ideal candidate must be a persuasive presenter to all levels and possess a strong commitment to drive new business and will ideally be familiar with working for an international Company in a matrix type environment.
• The position will be based in Shanghai, but will require travel to key large Business Customers across the Region.


BA/BS with prior Account Management and/or Online experience preferred.
